Plantar Fasciitis/ Heel Spurs

A lot of people think that Heel Spurs cause pain. Dr’s and people alike will send patients off for an x-ray and when they return will diagnose the spur as the cause of pain. This in-fact is not true. A huge percentage of people walking around have heel spurs and manage to life life pain free. The spur itself is caused by calcification of the tendon, and is a pain free pathology. So…………

What is it?
