Metatarsus adductus is a congenital disorder that children are born with. There foot will look ‘C’ shaped. Metatarsus adductus may make them look as they walk with there toes pointing inwards. They may struggle with sports, and seem clumsy with tripping. When they walk they will have to swing their legs out a little ignored not to trip. The will toe off via the outside of their foot which will result in struggling with running.   • Normal values:  15º-30º at birth
  • <20º by 18 months  15º by 4 years
  • Adult 5º-15º
